Club Announcements:

There's a speech and debate meeting today. Make sure to come if you are competing in our first tournament on Saturday. Good luck to all those competing at the Douglas County Invitational!

Attention Girl Cross Country runners… your uniforms are due today! Turn them into Coach Scheibel.


Academic Announcements:

Reminder to all students who signed up to take the PLAN - the test is tomorrow, Sat., Nov. 7, students need to be at LHS by 7:20 am. Please remember to bring #2 pencils (not mechanical) and a calculator. Rosters with room numbers will be posted on Saturday morning.

For all Juniors and Seniors interested in any branch of the military, there will be an opportunity at Littleton to take the ASVAB Test (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery). This test helps determine which career path would be most successful for you as well as estimates what your ACT scores would be based on the ASVAB Score. Please see Ms. Geyer to sign up and get details by November 24th!


Special Events:

In these times of economic woe, don’t we all need budget-friendly entertainment and a really good laugh? The answer is LHS’s very own Improv troupe, The Improbables! They will be performing comedy in the style of “Whose Line Is It Anyway” tonight in the Theatre at 7pm. Admission is only $2!

Club Announcements:

Technology Student Association will meet today in room 150 at 2:20pm.

The Peace Jam and International Affairs Club will meet between 2:20 and 2:50pm in room 206. Anyone with an interest in International and Human Rights Issues is welcome.

Today is the last day to register for the PLAN Test to be held on Sat., Nov. 7 at 7:30 am. Cost is $20.00, cash or check made payable to LHS. Stop by the counseling office if you are interested.

Seniors… Anyone planning to apply to the University of Northern Colorado there will be an admissions officer here on Wednesday, November 18th to review your application and give you a decision on the spot. If you would like to be scheduled for a meeting during UNC Application Day please see Mrs. Allen in Post Grad no later than tomorrow, Friday, November 6th.

· We hope to have all sites up and running soon!
