Student Recognition & Congratulations:

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE NEW STUDENT COUNCIL OFFICERS FOR NEXT YEAR!! Class of 2013 President-Ryan Dinneen, Vice President-John Senior, Public Relations-Michelle Zierk! Class of 2012 President-Devyn Leslie, Vice President-Wyatt Ryder, 2nd Vice President-Courtney Kutauskas, Public Relations-Marilyn Drennan, 2nd PR-Maddie Hoffman! Class of 2011 President-Kat Leitzmann, VP and PR to be interviewed later. And the New Student Body President is Hannah Grossman! New Student Body Vice President is Chip Bollendonk. The New Student Body Public Relations is Erin Witt and the New Student Body School Accountability Officer is Juliet Tolley!! All the other Student Body Positions will be determined by interview!! Club Announcements:

Technology student association has a meeting to elect new officers today. Officer candidates will be giving their speeches today, please come and vote for next year's officer team. Ice cream sandwiches will be provided. See you at 2:20pm in room 150.

The Ultimate Roar Frisbee team will play Heritage here today at 3pm on the grass practice field for our District Championship. Please come and cheer for your team!

If you did not order a yearbook and would like to purchase one, they will be available for purchase from the bookkeeper beginning at 7 a.m. on Friday, May 7. The cost is $65 and they are available on a first come, first served basis.

Student Recognition & Congratulations:

Congratulations to the Heritage/Littleton Women's Lacrosse Team on another exciting victory! The team beat Regis 9-8 and ensured themselves a playoff spot! The team is in action again tonight at the stadium vs Smokey Hill and again on Friday at 6 pm in the Three Sisters Game vs Arapahoe. Friday is senior night and we will be recognizing our outstanding seniors, Jenna Pauline and Veronika Jacob.

Congratulations to LHS's Integrated Business Technology 3 class and their partners in Poland and Thailand for their 2nd place finish in the international website design contest. There was intense competition this year, so congratulations class!

Student Recognition & Congratulations:

Congratulations to the Girls Track Team for their win this weekend at the Liberty Bell Meet. Highlights include the 4x400meter team made up of Kayla Edwards, Grace Brittan, Iris Hardenson, and Dana Gaetani for not only winning the event but setting a meet record. Jenna Adams won the pole vault and was female field event MVP.

The boys track team had their own highlights at the Liberty Bell Meet including Jonathan Edmonds setting a school record and winning in the triple jump, and also receiving male field event MVP.

Congratulations to the LHS DECA program as they sent six students to compete in the International DECA Conference in Louisville, KY this week. The students competed and participated in their respective areas against 13,000 other students from the United States and Canada. Prad Kikkeri and Nick Medved competed in the Sports and Entertainment Marketing Team Decision Making Event after qualifying for this prestigious opportunity as first-year marketing students. Seniors Matt Sattler, Dan Quiat, Katie Mallett and Mary Honiotes competed in the Travel and Tourism Marketing Team Decision Making Event and all four qualified for the finals. They each placed in the top 15 in the entire conference in this event overall. Again, congratulations on their extraordinary accomplishments and very professional representation of Littleton High School.
