Sports Announcements:

Attention spring Athletes: Spring sports are just around the corner. Registration and physicals are due no later than February 23rd. Please turn your packets into the Athletic Department.

Attention anyone who can run really fast, jump high and far, throw far and run really fast…There is a mandatory track meeting on Wednesday Feb. 23rd after school in the forum for anyone who is interested in joining a great state winning team! See Coach Brooks or Coach Koepke if you have any questions!”

ATTENTION ALL FRESHMEN AND ADVISEMENT LEADERS—there is no advisement class this week. There will be advisement NEXT week. Again, no advisement this week, but YES advisement next week. Thanks

Juniors who did not attend the mandatory Junior Advisement/Registration on Feb. 16 must come to Post Grad during an off period to see Mrs. Allen and see their counselor to pick-up their registration sheet for next year.

The spring swim test for juniors will be held on Tues., March 8. There are two sessions 7:30 am or 9:30 am, students must sign-up in the Counseling Office and must attend the session they sign-up for. Sign-ups are limited to the first 30 students per session.

Buy your Tickets online from the link on the LHS website or at the box office. Adult tickets are $10, students and kids are $7 and senior citizens are free! Remember – don’t feed the plant!

FEED ME LHS--the 11 foot plant known as "Audrey II" has decided she wants to eat teachers. Vote for the teacher you wish to see eaten with your spare change and spare dollars during A and B lunch this week. Then come to the theatre at 2.30 Thursday to see who is eaten---Ms. Solis, Mr. Spare, Mr. Chandler or Mr. Klein?! FEED THE PLANT and vote monetarily all this week at the box office.

Student Recognition & Congratulations:

A huge congratulations to the Technology Student Association as they brought home GOLD for the 9th time!! You are truly Amazing!! We qualified 35 members for Nationals beating the second place by double the points! Congratulations to Stefanie Heinz in becoming State Vice President.

The Peace Jam Club will meet today between 2:20 and 2:45 in Room 206. All are welcome. We hope to see you there!

Baseball Is Back! Mandatory player and parent meeting is tonight at 6:00pm in LHS cafeteria. All baseball players and parents need to be in attendance. We will be going over the upcoming season and our next fundraiser.

ALL JUNIORS Reminder: Mandatory Advisement/Fall Registration is tomorrow, Wed., Feb. 16, beginning at 7:20 am. Students with last names A-L should meet in assigned rooms in the business hallway, room assignments are posted in counseling and will be posted outside rooms on Wed. Students with last names M-Z all should meet in the Forum.

Congratulations to the following Lady Lionfish for their performances at the State Swimming and Diving Championships held last weekend in Fort Collins:

Congratulations to the 2010-2011 Littleton High School FBLA members who competed at the District 5 FBLA Leadership Conference on February 11, 2011. This year was the largest attended conference in the history of FBLA District 5 with 980 students competing for a position in the top 10 of their chosen events and the opportunity to finish high enough to qualify for the State FBLA Conference in April 2011. Littleton High School had 29 members compete in a variety of events. This year our members earned a total of 20 top 10 awards, with 4 1st place honors and a total of 8 state qualifiers. Please help me to congratulate these students and their fine accomplishments!

Zumba meets today in the cafeteria after school – Please join us!!
