Hip Hop Club is sponsoring a dance contest and the winners get a special spotlight in our prom assembly performance. Contest will be held in the forum at 2:30 on Tuesday, April 19th. Don't be shy, come on down to show us your skills!
Attention all Student Council officers, ambassadors and General Council members! We have a SUPER, UNBELEIVABLY important Student Council General Council meeting today in the forum starting at 2:20!! Let’s get everyone outside wearing purple and gold on Friday, May 22, 2:15-3:15, to help the Green Club and the Peace Jam Club clean our school grounds. An hour can make a BIG difference! March Athletes of the Month are Kaela Edwards for track, Dane Donegan for baseball and Jennifer Speck for soccer. Congratulations Athletes!!
The Lions Varsity baseball team suffered another tough lose Wednesday night to league opponent Chaparral 18-6. Senior Dane Donegan led the lions hitting attack going 3 for 4 with 3 runs scored, 2 home runs, and 5 RBI. Senior Mike Disney was 2 for 4 with a run scored and an RBI.
The Lions Baseball C team came away with another great win defeating Chaparral 8-7. Come enjoy the JV baseball squad take on Regis today at 4:30PM at the LHS baseball field. Varsity plays at Mountain Vista at 4:30PM on Friday, and the C team is at home Friday against Mountain Vista at 4:30PM. come out to support your Baseball Lions!

Green Club kids.......don't forget to come to Green Club today. We need to make signs for Earth Week and work on the compost bin. Lots of fun stuff!! Oh, and we have to recycle too! Go Green Club. Yay!

Congratulations to the JV Girls Tennis Team for their 2nd consecutive victory. They beat Ponderosa last Thursday 11-3, and were victorious yesterday against Castle View, 11-1.
Varsity Lions Baseball lost a tough one, 3-2 in extra innings against league opponent Castle View. Lion’s C team defeated Castle View 13-4. JV Baseball plays at Ponderosa HS today at 4:30PM, C Team is at Chaparral HS Wednesday at 4:30PM. Come check out the Varsity at home Wednesday vs Chaparral HS at 4:30PM.

Boys’ Lacrosse played great against the Boulder teams this weekend. Varsity won 7-6. JV lost 4-6, and C Team won 10-3. Come tonight to support the Varsity team against Valor, 6PM game time in the stadium. Go LAX Lions!
