Student Recognition & Congratulations:

Congratulations to the LHS Community!! On Sunday, Oct 23, students, families, friends, teachers and their spouses and kids gathered near Ketring Park in Littleton for the 2011 Stride. It was a beautiful morning as many feet pounded the neighborhood streets in the 5K, 10K or 1K fun run. The Stride directly benefits the Littleton Public Schools Foundation, which in turn gives back to the schools. Each year financial awards of $1,000, to use for Health and Wellness, are given to the elementary, middle, and high schools with the greatest percentage or participants. Guess what? For the first time, Littleton High School has received this award! Congratulations to all those involved, whether as a runner, a volunteer, or a sponsor. Thanks for making a difference!
