Club & Activity Announcements:

NHS students – Last chance!  If you want to purchase a T-shirt you must get your $15 and shirt size to Mr. Hahn no later than 2:30 pm TODAY.

Attention all Student Council Officers, Ambassadors and General Council members, we have our FIRST General Council meeting of the 2nd semester on Monday Feb. 1, 2:20 in the forum.  PLEASE be there, we have many committees we have to fill as well as talk about Lions Follies and Make a Wish!!  See you there!

Our next Unified Basketball game is here at home Monday, Feb 1st at 7pm.  The theme for this game is “All Things Super” - Superbowl, Superhero, Super Mario- you get the idea.  Come cheer us on as we continue our undefeated season.

Attention Seniors...If you need money for college, remember to regularly visit the scholarship bulletin board in the Language Arts hallway.  If you see something that interests you come to Post Grad to pick up more information about how to apply.

Also for Seniors...Many of you are already receiving responses from colleges you've applied to.  It's important that you go onto Naviance and update the "results" column under "Colleges I'm Applying To". Accepted? Denied? Waitlisted?  Do this so that we can send your transcript updates to the schools.

Littleton’s Gay-Straight Alliance will meet TODAY in the art Hallway, room 1218, after school.  We have snacks!

It’s going to be a blast-we'll see you there!

Get into the Spirit with Winter Dance dress up days this week!!  Friday is Class T-shirt Day and the Winter Assembly!  Also remember to bring your dollars to the Pep Assembly for the bucket challenge to kick off the Make-A-Wish event happening again this year.

The Winter Pep Assembly is Friday, if you still need to pick up your class t-shirt, you can do so TODAY, after school, in the cafeteria.

Student Recognition & Congratulations:

Congratulations to our girls C Team and our Lions Varsity who both beat Arvada last night. Sophomores Katie Puchino scored 17 points, Rebekah Sandstrom scored 10 points and pulled down 11 rebounds, and Junior Maddie Fuchs had 7 steals in the varsity win.  Come out on Thursday night to support all 3 of our teams as they take on Wheat Ridge here at LHS!

Come to Post Grad to learn more.

LHS is doing Make-A-Wish events again this year!  Last year we raised over $10,000 for Quinn, our lovely girl from Chatfield high school with terminal cancer.  This year we are kicking off Make-A-Wish events at the Winter Pep Assembly with some fun games and a chance for you to get a teacher, administrator and some students wet!! So, bring your dollars to the Pep Assembly on Friday and you may get the chance to participate and help LHS fundraise for a special boy or girl! AND, stay tuned for more events in February and March!

Are you looking for IB CAS or STEM hours? Or do you just want to help out the community? Come to the STEM club meeting in room 1610 TODAY after school for a quick meeting on how you can rack up some hours in an awesome way!

Inspirlions staff will meet TODAY after school in room 1745. Bring new material, ideas for promotion and fundraising, and suggestions for our yearbook picture.

If you want to participate in Littleton High School's STEM Certificate Program, visit the STEM webpage on the LHS website to find the online registration form.  Take note that there are two different forms available, one for current Littleton students and one for incoming Freshmen.  Be sure to read all of the information on the STEM website in order to fully understand the requirements of the STEM program.  All current freshmen, sophomores and juniors are welcome to participate.
