Student Congratulations and Recognition:
Congratulations to golfer Maria Schanhals for qualifying for the State Championships. Maria shot the best round of the season for the Lions this week at Regionals and will represent the school at the State tournament on May 22nd and 23rd. Good luck Maria!
Academics:
Attention Seniors! Next week, May 15-19, the Post Grad Center will be conducting Senior Exit Interviews between 8:30 and 2:30 every day! You MUST stop by the Post Grad and complete a few activities before you can pick up your cap and gown for graduation. Also, please pay all outstanding fees/fines before you come see us. Almost there!
Clubs and Activities:
Calling all PEAS, even if you have only been to one or two meetings. Our final meeting of the year is Tuesday, May 16. We need your sage advice on the direction of the club next year. Let your voices be heard! And yes, there will be food.
There will be an informational meeting for those interested in boys tennis on Thursday, May 18th at 2:25 in room 1219.
Attention seniors! Your senior shirts, which were designed by one of you, will be available for pick up in the senior hall on Mon during 5th period, Tues During 8th period and after school both days. These are FREE and to be worn on Fri 19th-your last day!
Seniors, your chromebooks and library materials are due TODAY.
9th, 10th and 11th graders, chromebooks will need to be returned on May 17th. Your library materials are due May 19th.

Student Congratulations and Recognition:
The varsity girls soccer team beat Holy Family 5-1 last night to move into the State sweet sixteen! Goal scorers were Sarah Gray, Anna Newby, Erin Malloy and Katie Puchino. Anna also had 3 assists and Sarah Payson had 2. The girls will play at Lewis Palmer on Saturday. Good Luck ladies!!

Key Club will meet this Thursday at 2.15 p.m. in room 2620. Come for ice cream, a chance to say goodbye to our old exec and to meet our new officers!
The Instrumental Music POPS Concert is scheduled for today, May 10th at 7pm in the Theater. This is the last concert of the year and features all of the LHS Instrumental groups. The concert is FREE and will feature senior soloists, 2 World Premiere's of LHS Student Compositions and several Pop Music favorites. Come and enjoy on Wednesday evening!

Clubs and Activities:
The Instrumental Music POPS Concert is scheduled for Wednesday, May 10th at 7pm in the Theater. This is the last concert of the year and features all of the LHS Instrumental groups. The concert is FREE and will feature senior soloists, 2 World Premiere's of LHS Student Compositions and several Pop Music favorites. Come and enjoy on Wednesday evening!
Students please be aware that we will be collecting chromebooks soon and if there are any broken ones, they need to be repaired BEFORE May 10th. The first repair is FREE so If you have waited because you were afraid of getting into trouble - don't worry. We just want working computers so we can reuse them next year. "

Student Congratulations and Recognition:
Congratulations to girls tennis on a great regional tournament. Three Doubles team Rachel Hildreth and Shane Dufrene beat Kent Denver in 2 sets to qualify for the state tournament!
Congratulations to the JV girls soccer team for their season ending win on Friday against Niwot. That was 100% of the 6 %! They are Playoff Bound. They will travel to Holy Family this Wednesday at 6:00pm to compete in the first round of the State Tournament. Good Luck Ladies.
Your Lion Ultimate teams finished their season at state this weekend. The girls tied for 7th of 11 and the guys placed 14th of 32 teams at state. Thanks to all players and supporters for their commitment and great energy!
