STUDENT BULLETIN:

It's the season of giving, and we invite everyone in the school to participate! There is a Giving Snowman in the cafeteria hall; all you have to do is take a snowflake off the snowman and buy the gift suggested on the flake. Students, you can pick snowflakes off anytime until they are gone. The Giving Snowman benefits the 82 orphans in our sister school in Uganda, Africa, which was started by two LHS students ten years ago. All the gifts will be sent to Uganda to help those 82 kids have a special holiday! Bring the gifts to Ms. Prestel's desk in the Social Studies office by December 21st.

Seniors - Come check out your yearbook senior photo posted in the senior hallway. Let Mrs. Fisher or Eva Grenawalt know right away if you see any issues. This is your final chance to make any changes before these pages go to print.

Students and staff, did you know that the number one item requested by homeless shelters is men's large white crew socks? It is, and with colder weather approaching and the holidays just around the corner, we are hosting a sock drive to benefit the Denver Rescue Mission. If you are able to help this great cause, you can drop off new men's large white crew socks in the LHS Counseling office.
