CONGRATULATIONS:

CONGRATULATIONS:
Congratulations to your Lady Lions Volleyball teams. JV and Varsity defeated the Englewood Pirates last night. Way to go Lions!

Hooray for the Boy’s Varsity Cross Country team! They finished second at our Lions Cross Country Classic. Grady Redding raced hard to the line crossing second overall. Dan Lamey and Sawyer Gannon were in the top 10 for the varsity. The Boy’s Open squad was third and led by Liam Brack, Levi Stutzman, and Lars Romine.

The Girls Cross Country team had a great day at the Lions Cross Country Classic, with both Varsity and Open placing third. The varsity was led by Anika Bagal, who notched a career PR in the process. Scarlett Montoya, Tatum Pratt, and McAllister Stewart all were in the top 15. Rylee Berger, Sophia Sheldon, and Sam Denman were the top three for the Lions in the Open.

Yesterday the boy's golf team competed at Regionals, and two Littleton golfers qualified for the State Championship! Junior Noah Abramson and sophomore Jack Finch will represent the Lions on October 4th and 5th. Good job, boys, and good luck at State!

ACADEMICS:
A representative from the Marines will be in the cafeteria during both lunches today.

CONGRATULATIONS:
Congratulations to your "Pride of Littleton" Marching Band. The band won First Place and the overall Sweepstakes Championship at the Friendship Cup Marching Band Competition this past Saturday. Go, Band!

Congrats to the Boys Varsity Cross Country team on their second place finish at the Kent Denver Sun Runner Invitational! Senior Grady Redding crossed the line in third, leading for the Lions. Sawyer Gannon was ninth and Luke Suro eleventh as the boys bested league rivals Golden and Green Mountain. Reese Gosling, Kaiden Hamilton, Cameron Graham, and Trevor Metz rounded out the varsity squad. Sophomore Kaden Pullar and Senior Liam Brack were fifth and eighth respectively in the Boys Open race paving the way for a third place team finish.

The Girls Cross Country team raced hard on a tough course at the Kent Denver Sun Runner Invitational! Sophomore Anika Bagal, Junior Sydney Sheldon, and Junior Scarlett Montoya led for the Lady Lions harriers. McAllister Stewart, Holly Burns, Sophia Sheldon, and Catherine May also raced for the girl's varsity. Junior Rylee Berger had an outstanding run in the Girls Open division and finished sixth overall. Four of our Lady Lions earned career PRs including Holly Burns, Sam Denman, Eliana Kerr, and Maren Moore. Way to go!
