Hey hey hey—Earth Day is coming—in fact it is TODAY!! The Peace Jam club is going to celebrate Earth Day on Thursday though—so head to the cafeteria and do some fishing for prizes—yes we said “fishing!” You will get a chance for 50 cents to fish for DECA coupons, LHS attire, Earth Day candy or Starbucks coupons! There will also be some hints in the main lobby on how to be GREEN for the rest of the week! So, come and celebrate our EARTH!

Need help in math or science? Free tutoring available from Lockheed Martin employees. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30, room 116 (use the Forum entrance).
Special Events
Don’t forget everyone! Wear your CLASS t-shirts on Friday for the Spring Pep Assembly!!! If you don’t have a class t-shirt come to the cafe after school on Wed to pick yours up or buy one for $5!! SENIORS--your Senior T-shirts are in; you can come pick those up in the cafe on Wed also!! They have your motto on them and you can wear them for the pep assembly and your last day!
Prom tickets are on sale now for $30.00. You may purchase them with the bookkeeper, before or after school and during lunch only. LHS Seniors are free and you do not need a ticket. All students must have student ID to enter the Prom. See you at the DAM on Saturday, April 25th! In addition to prom tickets, you may purchase after prom tickets from the bookkeeper as well during the same times. Tickets are $10 each before Saturday and $15 at the door.
If you are planning on bringing a guest from another school to prom, a guest form needs to be completed with a signature from the other school’s administrator. Pick them up in the main office. Don’t wait until the last minute.

Bonfils Blood Drive is this Friday, April 24th in the Forum starting at 10:00am. If you are under the age of 18, please see Mrs. McMechen in the counseling office for a parent permission form. Please make your appointment to give blood with Mrs. McMechen.
