Club Announcements:

Just a reminder that Newspaper and Yearbook interviews are today, tomorrow and next Monday. They are after school in room 140 beginning at 2:30. See Ms. Kron or Mrs. Smith with questions.

GSA is collecting donations for Denver Children's Home. We are looking for toiletries, legos, and art and cleaning supplies.Look for the boxes in Rooms 103, 121, 143 and the main office. Thanks!!

Attention FBLA Members: We have a VERY important meeting tomorrow. We will be discussing last minute detail for our district competition. BE THERE! 2:20 pm in room 124.


Sports Announcements:

Afterschool baseball on Thursday this week has been cancelled. See revised calendar on baseball website.


Academic Announcements:

For those students invited to participate in the Extended Semester, class will begin on February 2nd, please see counselor for room number.

The PSEO, Co-enrollment-in-college-while-attending-high school, meeting has been rescheduled for February 17th . Stay tuned for more information.

It’s that time again for REGISTRATIOIN!
In building registration will take place for current 9th, 10th, and 11th graders during your Language Arts Class!
Current sophomores will be registering on February 10th.
Current freshman will be registering on February 24th
Current juniors will be registering on March 10th

Other Announcements:

Sophomores… this one is for you. All sophomores will be called into the Post Grad Center to see if they have a personality and to set up their Naviance accounts starting this Wednesday! Your appointment notice will be delivered to you in class the day before your meeting. If you have any questions see Mrs. Allen in the Post Grad Center.


Special Events:

Tomorrow is a chance for you to give some help to our Homeless in the Denver Metro community—if you wear PJ’s, Student Council will donate a $1 per person to the Denver Fund for the Homeless. So, here’s your chance to not join in a fun Community Service event and be comfortable in the process!! Make sure you stop by Ms. Prestel’s desk in the SS office or just see a Student Council member to be counted. Thanks!!

HEY HEY HEY—ITS TIME FOR THE WINTER DANCE!! Show your spirit all week by dressing up to our BLAST FROM THE PAST spirit days!! Today is Wacky Tacky decade day, Thursday is PJ DAY and/or 80’s day and Friday wear your class t-shirts!! Tickets sales will be in the cafĂ© during lunches and make sure you pick up a guest form if you are bringing a guest. See ya there!!! Guest forms are available in the main office and IDs can be made in the library.
