Student Recognition & Congratulations:

The men’s soccer teams had a successful day in their final games of the season on Tuesday. The JV team defeated Rock Canyon 4 - 0, while the varsity won their game 2 - 1. Congratulations on finishing off the season in style.

Club Announcements:

There is a general meeting for TSA after school in the tech lab TODAY! Remember to bring your dues so you can start signing up for events for state! See you there!

Please donate your "gently worn" footwear to people in need instead of throwing them away. Green Club will be collecting shoes through October 29th in room 132E. One pair of shoes = one entry in a raffle for a prize!!

Halloween-o-grams!!! Send a bag of candy to friends, foes, or that special someone. Buy them for only a dollar from STUCO ambassadors, officers, or in the cafeteria during A or B lunch! They will be delivered Oct. 28 during 4th period. Get into the Halloween Spirit! Buy Halloween-o-grams!!!

Hey all you Ghouls and Goblins out there!! Student Council is sponsoring a Costume Contest next Friday 29th, so get your imagination working and you might win a fabulous prize!! The categories are: Best Traditional Halloween, Best Pair, Best Group, Most Creative, Scariest, and Best “Thinking out of the Box” costume. Make sure you don’t break any Code of Conduct rules and come to the cafeteria on Friday 29th to get your picture taken by our judges!

Sports Announcements:

Don’t miss the action on FSN Rocky Mountain this Saturday at 9:30 p.m. when your football team squares off on the gridiron with the Valor Christian Eagles. The game will be shown on Comcast channel 26, DIRECTV channel 683 and DISH channel 414! You’ll find the best high school football coverage, on FSN Rocky Mountain Saturday night at 9:30.

Heritage/Littleton Women's Lacrosse will be having a parent and player information meeting. Anyone interested in playing is invited to attend. Monday, October 25 from 6:30-8:15 at Heritage High School, Second Floor Lecture Hall.

Academic Announcements:

Sign-ups for the PLAN, practice ACT test, are available in the Counseling Office. Test date is Sat., Nov. 6, 7:30 am at LHS. Cost is $20; check made payable to LHS or cash. Space is limited!

For any junior or senior interested in PSEO, attending College part-time next semester – all applications are due October 25 by 3:00pm to Ms. Geyer. If you have any questions please go to the counseling office.

Special Events:

Novemberfest is right around the corner! Plan on participating in the festivities on Saturday, November 13 at Littleton High School. Dinner will be catered by Dickey’s Barbecue from 5:30-8:00 in the cafeteria. Dinner tickets are now available in the Athletic office for $10 per person. You can also purchase tickets at the next three home football games; plan to purchase yours this Saturday, 2:00 pm at the game against Valor. (A very limited number of tickets will be available for $15 each on the night of Novemberfest-…so pre-purchase yours soon!). The Novemberfest silent auction will begin at 5:30 and run until 9:00. This is a great opportunity to support Lions Athletics AND find great items to purchase in time for the holidays! Invite your friends and neighbors, too! Go Lions!

Seniors… this one is for you! Especially those of you applying to the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. On November 18th UNC Admissions will be in the Counseling Office from 11-1pm reviewing applications and admitting students on the spot. If you would like to know your admissions status instantly this event is for you. For more information and to sign up for a spot in the line up see Mrs. Allen in the Post Grad Center.
