Do you like Smoothies? Do you want to help those in need in Japan? If the answer is YES to both of those questions, head down to the cafeteria right after B lunch today and after school to buy a YUMMY Smoothie to help out the folks in Japan! The 7th period Advisement class is making Smoothies for Japan—at only $2.00 a cup, it’s an amazing deal AND you can feel good about buying one because all the money will go to the Red Cross to help all those suffering from the Japanese Tsunami and Earthquake. So, head on down and buy this yummy treat!

Greetings LHS: Time is running out to donate a buck to support the Alliance for the Lost Boys of Sudan and its GOATS Program. If every student donates a dollar, LHS could give 20 goats to needy families in South Sudan. Collection envelopes will be available in the library and at Mr. Gordon’s desk in the Social Studies office. Have a great day! The Peace Jam Club
