Student Recognition & Congratulations:

The Littleton Lady Lionfish defeated ThunderRidge yesterday afternoon 100.5-82.5 to run their dual meet record to 2-0.  The Lady Fish JV also defeated ThunderRidge 105-72.  Special congratulations to Claire Martin who qualified for State in the 200 free and Caitlin Durston who won the 1 meter diving event with a personal high score of 159.95 for six dives.  Coming up will be Ponderosa next Thursday in our pool.

The girls basketball program completed a sweep of Thornton last night in convincing fashion.  The C team remained unbeaten with a 64-4 victory, and the JV improved to 2 and 1 on the season with a blowout win of their own.  The Varsity team ran away from the Trojans with a 69-50 win.  They were led by sophomore Laura Puchino's 15 points, senior Steph Puchino chipped in 12 points and senior Elsie Mangum finished with 11 points.  Way to go Lions!

The LHS boys basketball teams lost all three games last night versus Columbine.  The scores were 77 to 68 for the C team, 54 to 50 for the JV, and 66 to 58 for the varsity.  We fought hard in all three games, but came up short each time.
