Academic Announcements:


Attention all LHS Juniors!  The Littleton High School Counseling Department and Post Grad Center is hosting our annual official kick off to the college application process.  "College Information Night" will be held tomorrow, Wednesday evening, January 23rd, from 6:00-8:00 pm in the theater, and will include general information as well as breakout sessions on variety of college-related topics including preparing for college entrance exams, paying for college, building your college list, the NCAA Clearinghouse process, inside the admissions process and more.  You don't want to miss this exciting and informative evening at school.

Newspaper and Yearbook applications are due Thursday. Don't miss out on your opportunity to join our award winning publications! See Mrs. Smith or Miss Kron with questions.

For students needing help in Math & Science Lockheed Martin tutoring will be here Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:00-7:30pm in room 107.  Please use the forum entrance.

Club Announcements:

HIP HOP will meet today, Tuesday Jan. 22 and Thursday, Jan. 24th after school in the Forum.

The Peace Jam and Green Clubs will meet in Room 206 between 2:20 and 2:45pm on Tuesdays. Green Club is especially in great need of students who can help with the recycling program. Community Service, IB CAS credit, and great appreciation will be given for your efforts! We hope to see you there!

Sport Announcements:

Come on out to support your Lion boys basketball teams tonight as they go up against the Regis Raiders following their league losses against Legend HS last weekend.  Go Lions!

Special Events:

Guest forms for the "Winter Dance” on Saturday, February 2, 2013, are available at Student Services. They will be due by Thursday, January 31, 2013.

Artisans wanted for the Littleton High School Performing Arts Music & Craft Fair March 16, 2013, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Vendor information and applications are available at our website www.lhsperformingarts.net. Also wanted: male or female prom attire needed for upcoming fundraiser. Contact Angel at 303-794-5572. One of our craft fair booths will be prom attire available for purchase.

Hey, y’all!  The Stock Show isn’t the only rodeo in town. Plan to attend Februaryfest on Friday, February 1st at Glenmoor Country Club.  Throw on your most comfortable western gear, join us for a great dinner and support our deserving sports teams.  Reserve your spot now and send in your check for $25 to the LHS Booster Club by January 28th.  Last year’s party was a hoot and you won’t want to miss a hollerin’ good time!
