This Thursday is our first home football game! Let’s plan to tailgate before the game. Keep it simple… here are some guidelines to help get our season off to a great start! Come early and chat with fellow LHS families, then head on in and watch our boys play some football!
 Tailgating 101
•         Bring your car (if it has a tailgate, even better!)
•         Bring a small table and a couple of chairs (table decorations are good!)
•         Bring snacks and drinks to put on your small table (finger foods work best).
•         Share your snacks and drinks if you like (no adult beverages, please- LPS District Policy!).
•         Show your Lion Pride and wear purple and gold! (Go Littleton!)
•         Maybe some purple and gold balloons for your car, to help make things festive!

Hello everyone! First, a big thanks to everyone who attended the very fun (albeit rainy) Back-to-School FUNraiser at Glenmoor on Thursday! Our focus this year for our PTO fundraising is the new STEM lab that will be in place soon at Littleton. Dr. Oaks reviewed her plan for the year, and with any luck, we will have some fabulous new computers up and running as soon as possible. If you did not have a chance to attend the fundraiser, but would like to make a contribution to PTO for our new lab, please contact Wendy Burbage at wlb1963@msn.com, or mail your check to LHS, attn. FUNraiser.  We are on our way to attaining our goal of $9000 for some new state-of-the-art Apple computers, but a few more donations would be wonderful. OR, if you’d like to support our after-prom for junior and senior students in April, you may also want to consider a donation to this special event. Just use the memo portion on your check to specify your donation preference. Any and all donations are appreciated! It adds up, and it all benefits our LHS students. All donations are tax deductible.

As you all know the Littleton Public Schools code of conduct prohibits the use of tobacco on school grounds or at school sponsored events.  The City of Littleton also prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from possessing, consuming, or distributing tobacco.  This means that students using tobacco near the school - including on East Powers Avenue - will be ticketed by the Littleton Police Department.
