Hey, Students, have you ever wanted to attend a Colorado Rapids game with all your friends and family?  Well now is your chance.  Join your fellow classmates and teachers from Littleton High School on Saturday, September 14th at 7 p.m. for Littleton Public Schools Community Night as the Colorado Rapids take on FC Dallas!  Tickets are $20 each ($35 regular price).  For every ticket purchased, our PTO gets $2 and the LPS Foundation gets $2.  That can add up to be a lot of money for our school!  Online tickets must be purchased by September 8. Go to www.LPSFoundation.com, click on the link next to the Colorado Rapids logo, select "Littleton High School" from the drop down menu, and follow the simple directions through the Rapids' ticket site.  One lucky ticket purchaser will have a Colorado Rapids player visit his/her school.  The winner will be announced at halftime!  Thank you for your support!

SAVE THE DATE:  The Littleton Public Schools Foundation is having their 18th annual Stride 2013 on Sunday, October 27 at the Littleton Museum.  Register online at www.runthestride.com  or register in person at the Boulder Running Company, 8116 W. Bowles Avenue in Littleton OR at Run Colorado, 8505 E. Hello everyone! First, a big thanks to everyone who attended the very fun (albeit rainy) Back-to-School FUNraiser at Glenmoor on Thursday! Our focus this year for our PTO fundraising is the new STEM lab that will be in place soon at Littleton. Dr. Oaks reviewed her plan for the year, and with any luck, we will have some fabulous new computers up and running as soon as possible. If you did not have a chance to attend the fundraiser, but would like to make a contribution to PTO for our new lab, please contact Wendy Burbage at wlb1963@msn.com, or mail your check to LHS, attn. FUNraiser.  We are on our way to attaining our goal of $9000 for some new state-of-the-art Apple computers, but a few more donations would be wonderful. OR, if you’d like to support our after-prom for junior and senior students in April, you may also want to consider a donation to this special event. Just use the memo portion on your check to specify your donation preference. Any and all donations are appreciated! It adds up, and it all benefits our LHS students. All donations are tax deductible.
