Academic Announcements:
Spring 2014 schedule adjustments are this week. All students MUST view and print their schedules prior to coming to counseling to request a schedule change. Students can come to the Counseling Office during an off-period between 8:00 am - 2:00 pm on their assigned day. Students who do not have an off-period on their assigned day can schedule an appointment with the counseling secretary or registrar. Complete information regarding schedule adjustments is available in the counseling office or on the LHS website. The following are the specified dates by grade level:
Seniors: Dec. 2
Juniors: Dec. 3
Sophomores: Dec. 4
Freshmen: Dec. 5
Club Announcements:
The World Club will not meet this Tuesday, December 3rd, but will meet next Tuesday, December 10th in room 206 at 2:20
There will be a Model United Nations meeting this Thursday, December 5th at 2:20pm in Room 206. All students who are interested in participating in the St. Mary's/Kent Denver Model UN meet in January should attend or see Mr. Gordon in the Social Studies Office.
FBLA members please join us the Thursday, December 5, 2013 after school as we volunteer at the Arapahoe Santa Claus Shop. We will meet in room 124 at 2:25 pm and carpool to our location. This is a fun community event! See you then!

Sport Announcements:
LHS Poms will be competing at the Colorado State Spirit Competition on December 6th at the Denver Coliseum at 9:40am. We would like to wish the LHS Poms team the best of luck this Friday! Go LHS POMS!

Lions for Lyons Book Drive was a huge success, we collected over 5000 books! Thank you students, families and faculty!
All Students, The time is running out to purchase a yearbook!! You can order your yearbook through the book keeper. Don't be left out! The deadline to purchase is December 14.
