Club Announcements:


Student Council officer candidates, please make sure all your paperwork and speeches are completed by Monday May 6th. We will be collecting them at the General Council meeting.  Current Officers, Ambassadors and General Council members, we have our LAST General Council meeting on Mon. May 6th.  We will be talking about elections, spring fling, prom evaluation, graduation AND pick next year's Homecoming theme!!  Please be in the forum by 2:20!  See you there!

 Sport Announcements:

Applications for cheer tryouts will be available May 6th with an opportunity to meet one of the new coaches on May 10th at 3pm in Room 133E. Tryouts will be Monday, May 13th-17th from 4-6:30! Don't wait - get your physical now!!  You must have a current physical to try-out!

Special Events:

Come and enjoy the Choir "Pops" Concerts tonight at 7 p.m. Tickets are $7 and available in the ticket booth.  Come and enjoy the talents of your friends in the Choir Department.

Other Announcements:

From the Library – Seniors!  Any Library materials you have checked out are due Friday, Mary 10th.  All other students, your materials are due Friday, Mary 17th.  Avoid the fines and return your books today!

Attention Students – do you need a computer? If you do not have a computer, we have free computers for you. These are refurbished desktop computers, not laptops. They use the XP operating system and are loaded with Open Office; please see Mr. Hahn in the counseling office.

Attention ALL TSA Members, today is TSA OFFICER elections for next year.  We need your vote.  Come have your voice heard and vote for your next year's officer team.  We will see you in the tech lab TODAY after school at 2:20 pm.

Student Recognition & Congratulations:


Congrats to the JV soccer team who beat Chaparral 5-1 last night. Goals and assists came from Taylor Hancock, Stephanie Kern-Allely, Tanya McCann, and Maddie Diaz.  The Lions will end their season in a match against Heritage this Friday--wish them luck!

Sport Announcements:

Open gyms for girls basketball continue tonight and all future Wednesday evenings from 6:00-8:00pm.  All girls planning to tryout next season are encouraged to attend!  See you there!

Student Recognition & Congratulations:


Congrats to the JV soccer team who broke Mountain Vista's two-year undefeated streak with a 2-1 victory last night. Goals came from Stephanie Kern-Allely and Taylor Hancock, with assists by Emily Bell and Sarah Cox. Wonderful job, Lions, and good luck tonight versus Chaparral!

Academic Announcements:

For students needing help in Math & Science Lockheed Martin tutoring will be here Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:00-7:30pm in room 107.  Please use the forum entrance.

Sport Announcements:

Littleton High School would like to honor our scholar-athletes as they pursue their academic and athletic endeavors at the collegiate level at our LHS Signing Day Celebration tomorrow at 9:00 am in the Forum.  We invite families, staff, teammates and friends to join us in celebrating these fine athletes.  We hope to see you there.

Student Recognition & Congratulations:


Congratulations to Raj Reddy and Kelly Dinneen for participating in the DECA International Career Development Conference in Anaheim, California last week where they competed against 16,000 other students from around the nation.  A special congratulation goes to Kelly Dinneen who placed in the top ten in business financial services, beating out 130 other students!

Congratulations to Full Time Staff Vocal Jazz and Manwich for their Superior ratings at the CHSAA Vocal Jazz Festival on Friday!  These two groups, four other choirs and numerous solo acts will be performing for you at the 2013 Choir "Pops" Concerts this Thursday and Friday at 7 p.m.  Tickets are $7 and available at the ticket booth all week.  Come and enjoy "Pops"!

Academic Announcements:

Attention Seniors!  As soon as you've made your plans for your life after Littleton, Stop by Post Grad during your OFF period or lunch to get your mug photographed to be put up on our Senior bulletin boards.

Club Announcements:

A big thanks goes out to all who participated in Earthday and Earthweek events last week, especially to all those who turned off lights and electronic gadgets, carpooled, biked, and went paperless! The more LHS lowers its carbon, energy, and resources footprint, the more resources and money can be applied to learning and teaching activities! All who are interested in helping with the after school Earth Day cleanup should meet in the LHS front lobby today at 2:20pm

Attention all Student Council officers, ambassadors and general council members, there is no general council  meeting today, I repeat—no GenCo meeting today. We will meet next Monday, May 6th.   Thanks!  Officer candidates, make sure you have your speeches by Monday 6th's meeting. 
 
Student Council and the Musana Children's Home would like to give a huge shout out to all the LHS students and staff for their amazing support of the Musana organization!  By purchasing 50 chickens, numerous earrings and much, much more from the Musana booth last week--you helped us raise $570 for the Musana children!!  Thank you SO much--you are the best and most generous students and staff ever!
