Academic Announcements:
Attention Seniors! Applications for the highly competitive and prestigious Boettcher Scholarship are now available to any senior who wishes to apply. Scholarships recipients receive a four-year full ride scholarship to any college or university in Colorado. Amazing! You can find all the details at the Boettcher Scholarship Online Application website. The deadline for your completed application package is October 1st. Stop by Post Grad for more information
Senior and parents – Jostens Graduation packets were handed out yesterday during Senior assembly. Graduation announcements and Cap & Gown order forms are in the Jostens packet. Additional packets are outside of Student Service area. Jostens will be at LHS next Tuesday – Thursday from 10:30am – 1pm in the Senior hall to place graduation orders. Discounts are available by ordering now. Prices will increases later in the school year for late orders.
Current NHS students: This is a friendly reminder that NHS' first meeting for Seniors is scheduled for after school on Monday, Sept. 8th in the Forum. Come prepared to elect Senior officers or discuss why you feel like you would be a good senior officer. Thanks and see you there!

Attention Seniors- Senior photos are due TODAY. All Senior photos must be given to Mrs. Fisher by Friday, either via email or on a disc. See Mrs. Fisher with questions.
Guest Forms for Homecoming Dance are available in Student Services and Main Office. They are due on Sept. 18, 2014.

Club Announcements:
INK, the LHS literary and art magazine, is getting off the ground. Our first meeting will be Wednesday September 10 at 2:30 in room 112. Come to the meeting if you like to write, like to draw, like to take photos, or are interested in publishing.
Sports Announcements:
Open gyms for girls basketball begins again this Monday evening, September 8th from 6:30-8:30. Anyone interested in trying out in November is welcome to attend. We look forward to seeing you there!
Blog Announcements:
The Choir Department is holding its third annual Garage Sale and Car Wash fundraiser on Saturday, Sep 6, 8am-12pm, in the Littleton High School front parking lot, to help with the cost of choir outfits for the Troubadours and Syrens. Donation items for the garage sale would be greatly appreciated, and can be dropped off in the theatre lobby Thursday Sep 4, Friday Sep 5, or the day of the garage sale, on Sep 6, between 7am-8am. (All unsold items will be donated to charity after the sale.) Volunteers to help set up and assist during the event are needed as well. Come out and show your support for the choir department on Saturday Sep 6! Bring your friends and family!

LHS ENCORE! is hosting a meet and greet BBQ before the Collage Concert on Wednesday, Sept 10, at 5:00pm, in the LHS front lobby. Everyone is welcome and proceeds benefit LHS Performing Arts. Advance tickets can be purchased from Mr. Farrell in the choir room, for $6 each OR 4 tickets for $20.00. (Tickets are $7 each OR 4 for $25 at the event.) The menu includes: BBQ pulled pork or chicken sandwiches, salad, bottled water & dessert. Come meet your LHS Encore! board members and other performing arts families. The FREE Collage Concert follows the BBQ, at 7pm, in the LHS North Gym.
