7:00PM – LHS Varsity Football vs Golden in the Stadium. GO LIONS!!
* new STUDENT COUNCIL HAS MADE THE FOOTBALL GAME A SPIRIT DAY!! It is BLACKOUT spirit day--wear black shirts, pants, hats etc… to show your school spirit as we watch the football team win their first game of the season!! See you all there!
Club Announcements:
Key Club - Our first meeting is TODAY at 2.15 p.m. in the LHS courtyard. All are welcome!
FBLA will be meeting for the first time this year TODAY at 2:20 pm in Room 1976. Come and find out what this incredible organization can do for you!
Role Play Games a.k.a. RPG Club will meet TODAY after school, in room 1606. RPG meets every Tuesday and Thursday, same place and time. Come in and have some fun! If you have any questions contact Mr. Wentz or Cameron Pinkney.

Students who ride the bus - the September RTD student bus passes are $39.50 for the month and available for purchase through the bookkeeper.
Bookkeeper's window is closed from 7:30-9:30am each day.
Blog Announcements:
Students who bike to school - please lock up your bike in the designated bike rack areas which are by the forum or the tennis courts. Do not lock your bike to benches, trash cans or trees. Please use the bike rack that is provided. If your bike is not locked up in the properly, Campus Security will break off your lock and move your bike to the designated bike rack space.
Volunteers Needed!! The LHS Library will be conducting an Inventory beginning Thursday, September 10 at 9AM. Parent volunteers are needed to help with this activity over the course of the inventory. If you are interested in helping, please contact Lou Mednick or Marion Rubey at 347-7749 for more information.
Picture Retakes will be on Tuesday, October 6th.
