STUDENT BULLETIN

Congratulations and GO LIONS!

The LHS Cross Country teams roared out to a Lion-strong start to the season at Friday's Arapahoe Invitational.  The boys' team moved up 17 places from last year by finishing 10th, while the girls jumped 25 places by placing 12th.  Addi Iken led the way for the girls with an impressive 4th-place finish.  She was followed by Magda van Leeuwen and Sarah Gray, and then by Jenae Stutzman, who ran her personal-best time even though it was just our first meet this year.  Colin Cannon, Bruce Barnstable, and freshman Christian Sapakoff were the top Lions in the boys' race.  Great way to start, Lions!

CONGRATULATIONS to the new Student Council officers for the class of 2019!  President Jack Klein, Vice President Jenna Silverman and Public Relations Officer-Kathleen Le.  Nice job to everyone who gave speeches!
