STUDENT BULLETIN

Special Events:

The Choir Winter Concert is TONIGHT at 7 p.m.  It is free and features all seven choirs and a combined choir with orchestra finale!

Attention all game lovers! Mr. Chandler’s Statistic classes are hosting the annual Statistic Carnival again on Friday during periods 2 and 8.  Come on down the cafeteria to support and have fun!

Come out and support your LHS Spirit squads this weekend at their State Spirit Championships. The cheer team performs at 2:13 PM on Friday, December 11th and the Littleton Lionettes perform at 10:20 AM on Saturday morning, December 12th. Both are at the Denver Coliseum. Good luck to both teams and Go Lions!

Students - check out your LHS security staff and their new LHS spirit wear.  Parents can see pictures online.  Gear will be on sale Tuesday and Wednesday next week from 9:30am-1:30pm in the front lobby. Fun LHS Spirit Wear just in time for the holidays!

Club Announcements:

Key Club meets TODAY at 2:15 p.m. in room 2620.  Bring new or as new toys, books, art supplies, toiletries and candy suitable for kids aged 4 to 11 to put in the gift boxes for East Elementary School.

DECA members have a meeting TODAY after school in room 1976.  We will be discussing the State Leadership Conference, so if you are attending state, this meeting is mandatory.

Time to get into the Holiday Spirit!  Student Council is sponsoring the 1st Annual Ugly Holiday Sweater Contest!  Teachers and Students wear your ugliest, cutest, or most festive sweater on Friday Dec. 11th to win a gift card to Chipolte or Starbucks!  Come by the cafeteria and get your picture taken during A and B lunches, winners will be announced on Monday Dec. 14th.

The Giving Snowman is HERE!  Check out the Snowman in the Business hallway and take a Snowflake off to make a kids Christmas very special in Uganda, Africa this year!  Each snowflake has the information regarding an orphan at the Musana Community Organization and School that LHS supports through Student Council.  We would LOVE for you to help those kids have a wonderful present to open this holiday--so just take a snowflake, buy your gift, then bring it up to the Social Studies office and put it next to Ms. Prestel's desk by Friday Dec. 18th.
Academic Announcements:

For students needing help in Math & Science, Lockheed Martin tutoring will be here Thursday from 6:00-7:30pm in room 1740.  Please use the forum entrance.

Other Announcements:

Students, the Library will close at 10:45am next Wednesday, 12/16, during finals week to accommodate district training.  Please plan accordingly and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Blog Announcements:

The meeting for The Producers has been moved to Monday, December 14th at 2.30 in the theatre. See you there!

Attention All Students and Parents!  Did you order your yearbook? You must submit payment to place an order for your yearbook.  Bring cash or check payments to the Bookkeeper or pay with a credit card online.  If you place an order online, only enter quantity, dollar amount will be automatically calculated.   Don't miss out on all the memories from the school year.  The yearbook deadline has been extended to January 15, 2016.
