Sports Announcements:

What if there was a sport where you weren't restricted by the size of the playing field? How about a fun, healthy sport requiring very little special equipment? What about one that encourages you to run across grassy fields, along trail and at times, through water? Come see how cool Cross Country can be during our informational pre-season meeting on Wed., May 11 at 6 p.m. in Room 1329. Students and their parents are invited to meet the coaches, learn about summer running and hear about the season. Athletes of all abilities are welcome and little or no running experience is required for this no-cut sport. Hope to see you there!

Blog Announcements:

Wow! What a fun night! Despite the chilly weather, after-prom was a super fun event!!! Thanks to all of our volunteers for helping make after-prom at Brunswick Zone such a success! And a BIG shout-out to 20 Taras for their amazing performance! Thanks to the band for playing for the students AND the parent volunteers! We appreciate everyone for their work in helping make after-prom so special!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support LHS Performing Arts by donating items at the Savers Donation Drive on Sunday!  Despite the chilly weather, LHS families and community members came through big-time by donating 6400 pounds of items!  This translates into $650 in funds raised for our Performing Arts Department! Thank you!

Please bring your own bag to Whole Foods.  For every bag you reuse, including produce bags, the LHS greenhouse gets 10 cents. Please, don't forget to take your reusable bags to Whole Foods Southglenn for their Bag Donation Credit Program (specify money to go to LHS).  We are the recipients through June - the change adds up.  Less waste, fewer natural resources squandered more money for us!

Summer School information is NOW available in the Counseling office.
