STUDENT BULLETIN

Student Recognition and Congratulations:

Congratulations to the Varsity Volleyball team who finished 2nd at the Overland Tournament this weekend! The Lady Lions finished 2nd to Longmont High School.  Congratulations ladies!

We are three weeks into the competition season for the Littleton Lions cross country team and we literally have been off to a fast start! This past week at Heritage High School’s Liberty Bell Invitational, Junior Addi Iken sliced more than 30 seconds off her time from last year to finish second overall in the Division 3 Girls Varsity race, marking her third top ten finish in as many races. Our Boys Varsity squad – including Christian Sapakoff, Bruce Barnstable, Christian Olsen, Trevor Stutzman, Trevor McMillan, Colin McCormick and Charlie Vaughters – posted solid times and finished eighth against some very tough competition. Sophomore Tyler Ervin dueled it out at the end to take the win in the Division 3 Boys Open race. The remaining scoring runners for the Boys Open team, which finished sixth, included Charlie Meserve, Donovan Marshall, David Kosten, Jakob Bubelis, Quinn Jones and Sam Jones. Our next meet is Saturday at the Middle Park Invitational in Granby then we host the Littleton Lions Cross Country Invitational on Tuesday, Sept. 20 at deKoevend Park. Come cheer on your Lions harriers!
