Homecoming Announcements:

VERY LAST CHANCE TO GET T-SHIRTS:  there are 3 more chances to get your class t-shirt: TODAY, during A and B lunches and after school at the concession Stand and Friday morning from 6:45-7:15 at the concession stand.  That's it until November, so get them NOW and wear them Friday for the Pep Rally!

Don’t forget to bring your $2 for the Lip Sync Challenge again TODAY during both lunches in the cafeteria!  It goes to a great cause, Urban Peak.

Ladies it’s your turn to show your stuff today! Powderpuff football is down on the grass fields TODAY starting at 2:30. Let’s see which class has the best team! See you there!!

Homecoming Pep Rally happens on Friday...it is an awesome, loud, fun time!! Wear your class shirts and be ready to honor our royalty nominees and all the great sports teams here at LHS!  If you were nominated for royalty and have not turned in your yellow sheet to Ms. Prestel yet, PLEASE PLEASE get that to her today! Thanks

It's Homecoming and that means a PARADE!!  This year Student Council is trying something different, each CLASS is making a float and has an entry.  Instead of each Club having a separate entry, all the students in each class who are in a club will walk with their CLASS'S float entry!!  That way all the seniors who are in DECA, FBLA or any other club will ALL WALK TOGETHER representing their Class of 2017!  The Parade is on Friday 23rd, starts at 3pm at Bemis Library.  We'd love to see you there!!!  We did not get a bus to take people over to the Library, so find someone to carpool with or walk over....the more people in the Parade the more fun it is!!

Don't forget after the Parade on Friday, there will be a tailgater at the stadium entrance starting at 5:45.  All freshmen eat FREE and everyone else is $3 all you can eat!  We will be open until 6:45--see you there!

The football team needs the full support from the LHS fan base (students, parents, teachers, alumni) as we face the Adams City Eagles for the Varsity Homecoming game: Friday. 7pm. LPS Stadium. Be there and GO LIONS!!!

Homecoming tickets are on sale in the cafeteria during lunches, they are $15.  Buy early so you don't have to stand in line on Sat.
