Student Congratulations and Recognition

Congratulations to the 41 DECA members who competed at the State Leadership Conference this past weekend at the Broadmoor Hotel.  13 students made State Finals in 11 events, Including all of our senior DECA members - Alex Thompson, Kayla Brady, Sam Moses, Jill Robb, Carlisle Maney, and Sanjali Desilva.  Special congratulations to Alex Thompson, Ben Morris, Reganne Fornstrom and Sarah Payson who qualified for the International Competition in Anaheim, CA in April.  Way to go DECA!!!

Academics:

Attention Juniors:  An admissions rep from the University of Missouri, in Columbia, MO, will be here to meet with students Today, March 2, at 1:00 in the Post Grad Center. Please sign up on Naviance to attend.

Attention students needing help in Math or Science - Lockheed Martin Engineers come every Wednesday and Thursday evening from 6:00-7:30pm to tutor our students.  This is a free and amazing tutoring service that Lockheed Martin provides.  Tutoring is in room 1740, please use the Forum entrance.

Clubs and Activities:

The ROAR staff wants to make a correction on the back page "Who Said It?" feature in today's issue. The answer to number 3 should be "A" not "B". We apologize for the error and thank for your readership!

Attention all Student Council officers, ambassadors and general council members we have a Student council meeting on Monday March 6 at 2:20 in the forum. We are getting our Yearbook picture taken, so please wear your Student Council shirts or your class shirt. See you there!

Key Club members - if you are planning to volunteer at Colorado Feeding Kids this Saturday morning, please return your permission slip to Ms. Anthamatten by the end of the day on Friday

FCCLA/Culinary Club will be meeting Today, right after school in room 1972.  If you are on a Salsa War team, please be sure to bring your recipe and all your ingredients.

The Drowsy Chaperone
It's SHOW WEEK!  Come and enjoy the Littleton High School "Mane Stage" Production of the musical The Drowsy Chaperone!  Tickets are now being sold in the cafeteria during A and B lunch.  The shows are Today, Friday and Saturday.
