 CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:

The Model UN Club will meet in room 2609 at 2:20pm today. All students who are interested in participating in the upcoming Fall Model UN Conferences including the October 7th Boulder High School Model UN Conference are encouraged to attend."

FCCLA/Culinary Club will be meeting this Thursday, in room 1972, right after school. Please remember to bring the supplies that you signed up for.

FBLA we have a meeting on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 2:30 pm in Room 1976.  Membership packets and dues are being accepted and information about an upcoming volunteer experience will be shared! See you Thursday!!

Technology Student Association is having a meeting this Thursday, September 21 at 2:25 in the tech lab. Come on down to meet your complete officer team, start signing up for competitions, and see what TSA is all about! We can't wait to see you there!

Are you interested in improving programs at LHS? At working with teachers and administrators in making LHS the best it can be? If so, come join Political Committee and share your ideas with other motivated students! We meet every Thursday in room 2608 at 2:30....see you there!

Those of you applying for NHS, listen up! Your completed applications are due to either Mr. Hahn or Ms. Fritz NO LATER than 2:30 on FRIDAY, September 22nd. Absolutely NO late applications will be accepted. DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE! Get those applications in today!

 Speech and Debate students, remember that we have tryouts this Friday after school in the forum.  All team members must attend.  See Mr.

ACADEMIC ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Attention Juniors and Seniors!  We will be hosting Arizona State University, Cottey College and the University of Northern Colorado tomorrow, Thursday, September 21.  And, Gonzaga University will be here on Friday. Check your Naviance account for times and to sign up to attend. Remember that the list of future admissions rep meetings is posted on bulletin boards near the cafe and in the Language Arts hallway.

September 25th thru 29th, is College Week here at Littleton!  We will be hosting over 60 admissions reps throughout the day Monday through Friday. Check Naviance and the lists posted on the same bulletin boards to see when schools you're interested in learning more about are coming. Stop by  the Counseling Office or Post Grad to pick up a pass prior to the meeting you want to attend. Don't miss out!

The PSAT test date is Wednesday, October 11th at 7:00 a.m. in the South gym. Sign up in the counseling office and bring $20 (non-refundable). Space is limited so do not wait until the last minute!

SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Congratulations to boys tennis on their 4-3 victory over D'Evelyn last night. Come cheer on the tennis team tonight against Wheat Ridge and all day Friday for our tennis tournament.

Yesterday, at the Regional golf tournament in Colorado Springs, junior Jacques Goffinet battled a tough course in windy conditions to qualify for the 4A State Championship!  The State Golf Championships will be the first Monday and Tuesday in October at Raccoon Creek, right down the road. Good luck Jacques!"

Congratulations to the JV Women's Volleyball team with their triumph over the Pomona Panthers!  GO LIONS!

For all interested Baseball players - please come and meet our new Baseball Head Coach today, September 20 at 6:00 pm in the Forum. This is an informational meeting and it will be your chance to ask any questions about the upcoming season.

BLOG ANNOUNCEMENTS:

The Daniels Scholarship Program opens Sept. 29th.  This scholarship provides a four-year annually-renewable college scholarship for graduating high school seniors with financial need who demonstrate exceptional character, leadership, and a commitment to serving their communities.
