CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Sources of Strength Peer Leaders and Adult Advisors will be meeting today, April 19th, at 2:30 PM in the cafeteria to plan our next campaign. Please see Miss Katie in the main office if you can not attend.

Prom Spirit Week is here!!  The week of April 23 is the week to show your school spirit and get ready for prom. The Spirit Days are as follows: Monday is white-out day, Tuesday is tie-dye day, Wednesday is vine day, Thursday is pajama day, and Friday is class t-shirt day.

Tickets for prom go on sale starting next Monday, April 23rd.
Come to the bookkeeper's office during a and b lunch to purchase your tickets and avoid the long lines at the door! Tickets are 40 dollars for Juniors and guests.  Seniors do not need to purchase a ticket; instead, bring your student ID to the door at prom.

On Monday, April 23, come to the 1st annual LHS Color Run!  It is free to attend, so meet in the athletic parking lot near the tennis courts immediately after school. This will be a short journey around LHS with lots of color powder being thrown so remember to wear white clothes that you want to become colorful. It should take no more than 20 minutes. See you there!”

 If any Key Club members still have their water bottle with spare change to donate to the Thirsty Thirty project, please bring it to Ms. Fisher or Ms. Anthamatten by the end of this week.

SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENTS:

LPS/Heritage High School Hockey Parent & Player Information Meeting:
Any hockey player or parent who would to like play or get more information about playing in the Heritage/LPS High School Hockey Program should attend the New Player Information Meeting. The team is made up of students from Arapahoe, Littleton, Heritage and Options high school.This meeting will introduce the coaches, who we are and what Heritage/LPS Hockey is all about. The meeting is Tuesday, May 1st 6:00 pm at Heritage High School in the 3rd Floor Lecture Hall.

BLOG ANNOUNCEMENTS:

The LHS Post Grad Center needs to add a few new volunteers!  Many of our programs are successful because of our wonderful volunteers.  If you work well with teenagers and would like to help them plan for their lives after high school, contact Becky Reimers at rreimers@lps.k12.co.us or Jan Rutty at jrutty@lps.k12.co.us

Seniors, we will be creating an end of year slideshow and want to make sure we have pictures of everyone. If you have any pictures you would like to add, please upload them onto the senior Google Classroom page by May 11th!
