STUDENT BULLETIN
STUDENT RECOGNITION AND CONGRATULATIONS:
The boy's lacrosse team completed a great week on Friday with a 13-4 victory at home against Clear Creek. That followed a home win on Thursday against Top 10 ranked Battle Mountain by a score of 9-7.
The Lions play at Englewood HS on Monday at 6:30 and then home against Golden on Wednesday. Come out and cheer the team on. Go Lions!
The girls Varsity and JV tennis teams were successful in beating South H.S. despite the wind and cold Friday 4/13/18. Next match is Tuesday,4/17.
ACADEMIC ANNOUNCEMENTS:
If you are taking an AP exam please come to the form to bubble today or tomorrow. Before school at 6:45 during a and b lunches as well as after school at 2:30.
Attention Juniors! Admissions representatives from the University of New Hampshire will be here today at 11:45, and from the University of Utah at 12:30. Please stop by Post Grad to pick up a pass to attend.
Seniors, if you signed up to audition for giving a Graduation Speech, do NOT forget those dates are Tuesday, April 17th, and Wed. April 18th. You MUST have a full speech prepared, not just bullet points and please practice before you go to your audition. Auditions will be in room 1326. Thanks!
STEM Students- registration is now open for our last field trip. We will be visiting the National Ice Core Laboratory on April 26th. Please check your email for the link to sign up. See Mrs. Bartlett with any questions.
CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Attention all Student Council Officers, Ambassadors and General Council members, we have a GENCO meeting Monday, April 16 at 2:25 in the forum. See you there.
On Monday, April 23, come to the 1st annual LHS Color Run! It is free to attend, so meet in the athletic parking lot near the tennis courts immediately after school. This will be a short journey around LHS with lots of color powder being thrown so remember to wear white clothes that you want to become colorful. It should take no more than 20 minutes. See you there!”
