STUDENT RECOGNITION AND CONGRATULATIONS:
Congratulations to your LHS Jazz Band who performed at the UNC Greeley Jazz Festival this past Saturday. The Jazz Band received a Superior Rating from the judges and Kylie Griggs and Elissa Volling were recognized as Outstanding Soloists of the day.
CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Prom Spirit Week is here!! It is time to show your school spirit and get ready for prom. The Spirit Days are as follows: Today is tie dye day, Wednesday is vine day, Thursday is pajama day, and Friday is class t-shirt day.
Prom Guest forms are due by (noon)12:00 pm, Thursday, April 26, 2018.
To all of you juniors and seniors who are wondering what to do after the prom? The answer is to attend the After Prom party being planned for you. Tickets are only $15 each and include laser tag, ice skating, broomball, games, a photo booth, unlimited food and coffee and more. Spend a few extra hours with your date and friends! Tickets will be sold in the lunch room hallway daily.
GSA will meet today after school in room 1604.
Key Club will meet this Thursday at 2.20 p.m. in room 2620. We will be electing officers for next year so please come if you can!
SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Anyone interested in trying out for LHS Poms and Cheers should come to a meeting today, April 24 at 5:00 p.m. in the forum. It's a chance to meet our amazing new coach and get information about tryouts.
Spread the word and bring a friend!
All boys basketball players need to attend a brief meeting today, at 2:30 in the Health Room. We will discuss spring and summer basketball and player gear for next season.

The LHS Post Grad Center needs to add a few new volunteers! Many of our programs are successful because of our wonderful volunteers.
