Attention Seniors - There will be a College Essay Workshop on Thursday, September 26, 2019, during A and B lunch in the Forum, hosted by Mrs. Nancy Sharp. Senior students will not want to miss out, and Junior students are welcome to attend.

CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
FBLA members there is a meeting this week, Thursday, September 19, 2019, at 7:50 am in Room 1975. Membership packets are due, and Homecoming carnival information is on the agenda!

National Honor Society Applicants- remember that completed applications are due in the Counseling offices by Friday, September 27th. See Ms. A-B or Mr. Puchino with questions.

LHS students, need a tutor? Our National Honor Society tutors are available to you most periods of the school day. Complete a form in the counseling offices about the subjects you need help with and the best times to meet with a tutor.

SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Congratulations to the Boys Level 3 Soccer team with their 6-3 win over Regis yesterday! Johan Zamora had his second hat trick, and goals were added by Luis Lopez, Skye Fanch, and Sawyer Gannon. Come support the team at home tomorrow when they play Thunder Ridge at 4:30 pm.

Your LPS Girls Gymnastics Team are back in the gym tonight at Ponderosa! Competition begins at 6 pm. Good luck, Ladies!

It has been a busy and successful week for the boy's tennis team. They defeated Wheat Ridge High School on Friday, winning all seven matches, and did the same in their match against Green Mountain Monday. Over the weekend the team tied with Chatfield for a third-place finish in the 16th annual LHS Invitational. 2 singles Owen Baxter, three singles Ethan Rogers, and three doubles team Noah Chorpenning and Oliver Montoya all reached the finals in their division.
