CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
National Honor Society and National Junior Honor Society members: Our next meeting is on Tuesday, December 10th at 7:45 am in the Forum.

If you love giving gifts to those less fortunate than you, then head to the cafeteria hallway and pick a SNOWFLAKE off of the MUSANA GIVING SNOWMAN. Each snowflake has the age of an orphan in our sister-school Musana, plus some suggested gifts. This is a great way to get into the holiday giving spirit. Bring the gifts-wrapped or not--to Ms. Prestel's desk in the Social Studies Office by December 20th.

FCCLA/Culinary Club will meet today in room 1972, right after school. We will be having our winter holiday party. Please bring food to share.

The LHS vocal music department is having a Winter Concert today, December 5th, at 7:00 pm. Come see us sing your favorite seasonal music, free admission, doors open at 630 pm.

Come see the theatre department perform in their induction cabaret! One night only tomorrow, December 6th. There will be singing, acting, improv, and more. Tickets are pay what you can at the door, and the performance starts at 6:30 pm.

SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The Littleton Lionettes will be competing at state this Saturday, and they would love to see you all there! State takes place at the Denver Coliseum, and they will be competing at 10:30 am, so make sure to be there at 10:00 am! Thank you so much for all of your support to our Poms team this year!

Your LPS Hockey team’s season kicks off this weekend with a home opener tomorrow night vs. Battle Mountain at South Suburban at 7:45 pm. They play again Saturday against Summit High School at South Suburban at 6:30 pm. The team is ranked in the top 10 in the preseason power ranking and is looking forward to a strong CHSSA season!

Good luck to the Littleton Wrestling Team as they open their season tonight at home against Wheat Ridge and Denver South. Wrestling starts at 6:00 PM.

The Lions boys varsity basketball team brought their record to 1-1 on the season with a big win at Colorado Academy last night. The Lions had a great team effort in a 60-42 victory. The boys have their home opener this Saturday at 1:00 p.m. vs. Woodland Park.

Congratulations to the girl's basketball JV and Varsity teams who both defeated Colorado Academy last night. For varsity, Senior Ellie Fuchs and Junior Ashton Haddock led the way with 9 points a piece, and sophomore Ava Youngblood-Yazzi added 8 points and 8 rebounds. Come cheer on the Lions tomorrow night in their home opener vs. Palisade!
