STUDENT BULLETIN
Juniors and Seniors - a college representative from Western Colorado University in Gunnison, will be here on Thursday, January 23rd, at 10:15 am in the Counseling Office. Sign up in Naviance to attend. Please see Post Grad if you have any questions.

Mark your calendars - “College Information Night" will take place Tuesday, January 28th, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors, and their families are strongly encouraged to attend this information-packed evening. We'll have experts presenting at a wide variety of different 30-minute breakout sessions.

Seniors - Discover ACC! Friday, January 31st, from 9:30 am - 1:30 pm. This is an interactive event to explore degrees & careers, learn about scholarships, get ACC gear, and hear from current ACC students. Go to the ACC website to RSVP or see Post Grad or your Counselor to sign up to attend.

Superintendent Brian Ewert will be at Littleton High School to talk about district finances and long-range planning tomorrow, January 22, 2020. Please join our School Accountability Committee (SAC) at 3:45 pm in the LHS Forum for what is sure to be a lively and interesting presentation.

CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Violet Magazine will meet for Yearbook Photos at 3:40 pm in room 1219 on Tuesday, January 28th.

Sources of Strength will meet for Yearbook Photos at 3:35 pm in room 1219 on Thursday, January 30th. Sources of Strength will also continue working on our message of Hope, Health, and Strength, on Monday mornings at 8 am and every Thursday after school in room 1219. Join us!

MOCK TRIAL meets today after school in room 2608. We will take a photo for the yearbook and prep for the Boulder tournament.

Our speech and debate team competed at the Colorado Cup at Mullen High School on Friday and Saturday last week. Leading the way for the Lions were Kate Lurie - 9th in Lincoln Douglas debate, Jaden Meade & Alicia Chavez -12th in Public Forum debate, Ethan Rogers & Trevor Metz - 6th in Public Forum debate, Elianajoy Volin - 3rd in poetry, Lilyann Dominick - 7th in Program Oral Interp, Natalie Parkhurst - 3rd in Humor, Ally Procopio - 7th in Informative speaking, and Maddie Engeman - 1st in Informative. Great job everyone who competed, it was a long tournament, but the team performed amazingly!

SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Boys Swim will hold their preseason meeting on Wednesday, January 29, at 6:00 pm in the Forum. This meeting is for all interested students and parents. There will also be team apparel & swimsuits available for trying on.
