CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
All NHS and NJHS members, we have a meeting tomorrow morning, at 7:50 am in the forum.
Attention Sophomores: Are you interested in working in the healthcare field? If so, come to the forum during A or B lunch tomorrow to learn about a two-year program that propels high school students towards careers in healthcare. See your email for more information or talk to Mrs. Bartlett-Mogg in the STEM office.
MOCK TRIAL will meet after school today. We will scrimmage against each other to prepare for our scrimmage with DDST on Friday, February 14th.
On Saturday, a small group of speech students competed at the Ocelot Invitational at STRIVE Prep SMART Academy. Senior Rebecca Zickerman led the way as she took home 1st place in oratory. The team looks to finish out the regular season this next weekend at Columbine High School before heading into regionals. Good job to those who competed on Saturday, and go Lions!
Val-o-grams are on sale all week. For $1.00, you can send your friends a message and a carnation flower. These will be delivered on Valentine's day during periods 4 or 6. See a Student Council member for purchase, or stop by the attendance office and buy one from Ms. Schaef.

Congratulations to the Lady LionFish Swimmers who competed in the Varsity League Meet last Saturday! Great job to Makayla Franklin, Erin Green, Grace Amine, Scarlett Montoya, Shannon Conner, Gwen FitzSimmons, Delia Leonard, Megan Montgomery, and Ashlyn Farnham! Let’s cheer on these swimmers as they get ready for the 4A State Meet to be held next Tuesday!
All girls interested in playing tennis for the Lions this spring, please attend a brief meeting in Ms. Sanford's room (1317) today, February 10th, at 3:45 pm.
Attention all students! There is a spirit game for girls basketball Wednesday, February 12th. Raffle tickets will be given out at the door for you to win some fun LHS swag! Come and see the girls take on the D' Evelyn. Teachers, this is also a spirit night for you to come out and get your name in a drawing for a Starbucks gift card. See you there!
