On D the Lions were led by Kaiden Ginther with 7 ground balls and Carter Wasson in goal with 16 saves. Peter Knoblauch had a great all around game with 8 ground balls and a goal. The Lions look to bounce back on Sat against Jefferson Academy.

Congratulations to the Girl's Tennis Team for their victory against Bear Creek. Singles players Luci Brendlinger, Sophie Lisle, and Taryn Fortna all won their matches, as did Doubles 2 partners Vy Phan and Makenna Lee. All players had fun and played well, with many Varsity matches going to tie-breakers! The players of the match are Doubles 1 pair Eden Tripp and Mackenzie Rodriguez, who played strong, had fun, and are always kind and graceful competitors. Way to go, Eden and Mack!
JV players Angelina Holm and Sasha Maxwell played so strong in their VARSITY Doubles 3 match, losing in a tie-breaker, and JV players Megan Nguyen and Vananh Phan swept their sets. Way to go, Lions! Wish the Varsity Tennis Girls luck at The Battle at the Ridge Tournament today and tomorrow.
