The Boys Swim & Dive rattled off another victory by silencing the Cougars from Evergreen in a lopsided contest. After 4 meets, the Boys are 4 and 0! Come support them on Thursday as they do battle with Valor Christian. The meet starts at 4:30 pm and we would love to see some fans! Go Lions!

Girls tennis lost their home openers this week, but had some standout performances. On Night One--Vananh and Molly kept their title as tiebreak queens winning their D1 line for the Lions. Other night one winners were new D4 team Lucy and Journey and Singles 1 Eva. On night two, Eva controlled the match against her opponent with a superstar performance at Singles 1 and JV team Campbell and Lena closed out the match with a victory. Good luck to the girls tennis team in their next match on Thursday--away at Alameda.

RoyalTea club is meeting today, the 12th after school, in the counseling office. Join us for some tea, games, and a new place to have fun!
Tomorrow the LPS combined ultimate frisbee team, the Sparrows, will take on Jeff-co Open School. Game will be played on the LHS turf field starting at 4:30.
Come celebrate Pi Day on 3/14 with Calculus and Coffee Club! We will eat some pie and explore different ways that civilizations have calculated the number pi. We meet before school in room 1979. Everyone is welcome!
Key Club will meet in room 2620 at 7.30 this Friday. We will be preparing for our clothing drive. We can also accept more donations of beans, rice and pasta for Integrated Community Services if you would like to bring a donation.

Student Council and the Theatre Department are excited to announce auditions for the LHS Talent show, Lions Follies. If you do magic tricks, play an instrument, make short films, sing, dance, write sketch comedy, juggle, or have ANY kind of talent -- we want to see it on stage! The Talent Show will take place on April 10th, and auditions will be held March 19th and 20th. The audition sign up is linked in student announcements, and a QR code for the signup is posted on the student council and thespian hallway bulletin boards. Get your acts together and sign up now! Los chicos de natación y saltos de trampolín se apuntaron otra victoria al silenciar a los Cougars de Evergreen en una competición desigual. ¡Después de 4 encuentros, los chicos van 4-0! Ven a apoyarlos el jueves en su batalla contra Valor Christian. El encuentro comienza a las 4:30 p. m. ¡Nos encantaría ver a algunos aficionados! ¡Vamos, Leones!

Las chicas de tenis perdieron sus partidos inaugurales esta semana, pero tuvieron algunas actuaciones destacadas. En la primera noche, Vananh y Molly mantuvieron su título de reinas del desempate ganando su línea D1 para los Leones. Otras ganadoras de la primera noche fueron el nuevo equipo D4, Lucy y Journey, y Eva, de individuales 1. En la segunda noche, Eva controló el partido contra su oponente con una actuación estelar en individuales 1 y el equipo JV, Campbell y Lena, cerraron el partido con una victoria. Mucha suerte al equipo de tenis femenino en su próximo partido el jueves, a domicilio en Alameda.
