Level D's Player of the game was Franchesca Guin, who played insane back row defense and had the court covered in a very close three-set victory over the Bears C team player of the game is Julia Spielman, who played consistently strong at the net and had great serves.
JVs Abby Header, who played flawless at the net, and had great serves in the two-set Victory over the Bears, Olivia Kohler was the player of the Varsity game, with Amazing serves and incredible back row defense. Varsity Lions Volleyball showed the Bears who's den is the best. Huge victory for LHS volleyball. ATTENTION TEACHERS: We hope to see you at Tuesday's volleyball matches for Teacher Appreciation Night against St. Mary's.
ACADEMICS:
Today we will host the University of Oklahoma, University of Wyoming and Louisiana State University - Geaux Tigers! Please check the home page of SCOIR to view the ever expanding list of visiting schools. There is also a list posted in the library and outside the cafeteria.

Tomorrow, September 26 at 4:30pm: Support Evergreen!
Join us in welcoming the Evergreen boys soccer teams on Friday, September 26 starting at 4:30 pm in the Stadium. Due to the tragedy in their community that happened on September 10, we are not charging admission to this varsity game. Instead there will be a QR code available for anyone who'd like to donate to the Evergreen Community Recovery Fund. (JV boys soccer game will happen at 6:30 pm on LHS Turf.)
Please note: Our varsity Football team has a game against Denver North at 7 pm on the same evening in the Stadium. We will be charging admission for that event as usual.
CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Everything that is collected will be given away at the resource fair this Saturday, September 27
Look through your costumes, and let's help those kids in need!

La jugadora del partido del equipo D fue Franchesca Guin, quien jugó una defensa increíble en la línea de fondo y cubrió toda la cancha en una reñida victoria en tres sets sobre el equipo C de las Bears. La jugadora del partido del equipo C fue Julia Spielman, quien jugó de manera consistente en la red y realizó excelentes servicios.
Abby Header, del equipo JV, jugó de manera impecable en la red y realizó excelentes saques en la victoria en dos sets sobre las Bears. Olivia Kohler fue la jugadora del partido del equipo varsity, con saques increíbles y una defensa increíble en la línea de fondo. El equipo de voleibol varsity de los Lions demostró a las Bears quién es el mejor. Gran victoria para el equipo de voleibol de LHS. Acompáñenos a dar la bienvenida a los equipos de fútbol masculino de Evergreen el viernes 26 de septiembre a partir de las 4:30 p. m. en el estadio. Debido a la tragedia que ocurrió en su comunidad el 10 de septiembre, no cobraremos entrada para este partido varsity. En su lugar, habrá un código QR disponible para cualquiera que desee hacer una donación al Fondo de Recuperación de la Comunidad de Evergreen. (El partido de fútbol masculino JV se jugará a las 6:30 p. m.) en el campo de césped artificial de LHS.
Atención: nuestro equipo de fútbol americano tiene un partido contra Denver North a las 7 de la tarde del mismo día en el estadio. Se cobrará la entrada para ese evento como de costumbre.
