CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
RoyalTea Club is meeting right after school in counseling. Stop by, drink some tea, and meet some new peeps.

Sources of Strength Mental Health Tip for the Week: Have you ever felt so upset you thought you were going to explode or break down crying? This is called dysregulation. It's normal to have feelings, but sometimes we need tools to calm down. When you are feeling angry, anxious, or upset, learning how to regulate your nervous system is very helpful. There are many ways to do this, and this week we will focus on breathing techniques. Box breathing, counting breaths, humming bee breath, and abdominal breathing are all helpful techniques that you learn about quickly online. Try them out! If you still need help grounding yourself, reach out to our counseling team.

Attention LHS, Latinos in Action is asking for our school community to come together to support a family who recently lost their home in a fire. We are organizing a one-week donation drive to collect items for their family and essential household supplies. We are accepting donations of baby items (clothing, diapers, wipes, formula), blankets, bottled water, hygiene products, and cleaning supplies. Please bring your donations to the collection box located in the main lobby. Let’s show the power of our community and support this family during a difficult time. Thank you for your generosity!
