Academic Announcements:
PRE-IB SOPHOMORES, listen up: There is a MANDATORY meeting about the IB DECISION on Tuesday, January 17, in the FORUM. Come during your lunch period -- either A or B lunch -- to receive information about staying in IB next year. You MUST attend one of these sessions, even if you know you will not be continuing in IB. Important information will be handed out, and you must take it home to your parents. Bring your lunch! Questions: Ms. Anderson or Mrs. Stulock in the counseling department.
The Teacher Cadet and Health Sciences through the ACTS program is having an open house this afternoon at Ames from 3:30 - 7:00 pm. Stop by the Counseling office for details.
Swim Waiver Test at Heritage High School: HHS is offering the swim waiver test open to all LPS students, on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2:30-4:30 pm. Any interested students need to contact Sheri Rossing at HHS, 303-347-7645 before Jan. 18. You MUST signup in order to take the test. The LPS standard district swim waiver test criteria can be found under the Counseling Tab on the LHS website, or by stopping by the Counseling Office.

Boys Swimming: our first meeting for the season is today in room 134E at 2:30. We will discuss preseason and season commitments. If you cannot attend please see Coach Foto to get this important information.
Boys Lacrosse: Sign-up for Indoor Winterball now in the athletic office. Preseason conditioning will be Mondays & Wednesdays on LHS turf from 2:45-4PM; Tuesdays & Thursdays in the weight room from 2:45-3:30PM. Contact Coach Matt Marshall if you have any questions.
