Student Recognition & Congratulations:

Congratulations to the Lion Ultimate mixed team for their victory against Heritage! The team had a huge turnout and fought well for their 15-6 win.

Special Events:

All LHS students and staff are invited to come and enjoy music in the Front Lobby this afternoon beginning right after school.  The LHS Jazz Ensemble will provide the music, everyone else come enjoy the fun! What a great way to start your weekend.

Academic Announcements: 

Juniors and seniors - take advantage of some college admissions representatives' visiting our school TODAY in the Post Grad Center.  Students can meet with admissions representatives from Bucknell at 8:00am, the University of Northern Colorado at 9am, and Colorado College at 11:30am.  Go to the Post Grad Center if you would like to hear more about these schools.

Attention Students and Parents - Mark your calendars for the upcoming "College Information Night" which will take place Wednesday, October 1st, 6:00-8:00 pm.

Juniors and Seniors who want to take classes @ ACC for 2nd Semester – we will have a Concurrent Enrollment meeting Thursday, October 2nd afterschool in room 102.

Club Announcements: 

Speech and Debate team tryouts will be held after school TODAY in the Library. For tryout information, stop by the speech office by the Forum entrance or see Mr. Stedron or Mr. Saliman.

ATTENTION all Student Council officers, ambassadors and General Council members, there is a very important General Council meeting on Monday Sept. 29th in the forum starting at 2:20--see you there!

Sports Announcements:

TONIGHT the Heritage/Littleton Varsity Softball team has an away game at 4pm.  They play Legend High School.

Attention students - the Library will close at 2:30 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday of next week. Please plan accordingly and sorry for the inconvenience.

Blog Announcements:

Attention Sophomores and Juniors: The PSAT test date is Wednesday, October 15th at 7:30am in the South Gym. Sign-ups conclude Friday, October 10th. Sign up in the counseling office and bring $20 (non-refundable). Space is limited so do not wait until the last minute!

Attention students - campus supervisors are now issuing parking tickets if you do not have a parking permit.  Please see the Bookkeeper if you need to purchase a parking pass.

Students – do you need a computer? If you do not have a computer at home, we have free computers for you. These are refurbished desktop computers, not laptops. They use the XP operating system and are loaded with Open Office; please see Mr. Hahn in the counseling office to receive a voucher for a free computer and/or more information.
