Student Recognition and Congratulations:

The JV boys soccer team scored early and often in a 7 to 0 victory over Dakota Ridge. Brandon Tellez scored a hat trick in the first 15 minutes to lead all scorers.

Special Events:

Varsity Boys Soccer game vs Dakota Ridge has been rescheduled for TONIGHT at 6:00pm in the Littleton Public School Stadium.

Celebration BBQ and Concert - TONIGHT the Performing Arts Department will kick-off the 2016-17 season with a BBQ from 5-6:30 p.m., an outdoor performance by the Marching Band & Colorguard at 6:40 p.m. and a concert at 7 p.m.  Tickets for the BBQ are available from Mr. Farrell.

Academic Announcements:

Lockheed Martin Tutors will be here every Wednesday and Thursday evening from 6:00-7:30pm in room 1740 for students who need help in Math and Science.  This is a free service to LHS students provided by Lockheed Martin Engineers.  Students, please use the Forum entrance.

Club & Activity Announcements:

The Model United Nations Club will meet this Wednesday in Room 2609 in the Social Studies Hallway. Anyone who is interested in learning about international affairs and participating in Model UN Conferences, planning Littleton High School's International Education Week, and summer study abroad opportunities should attend.

Come to the first FBLA meeting on Thursday in room 1976 at 2:20 pm. We will have snacks and kick off our FBLA season.

Technology Student Association (TSA) will be meeting Thursday (9/1) in room 215 From 2:20 to 3:00. If you missed our first meeting then this is a great time to learn more about Technology Student Association! We hope to see you there!

If you enjoy gardening, food, nature, and community service, come learn about the Littleton High School PEAS club, a greenhouse based gardening club! We have our first informational meeting on Tuesday September 6 at 2:30 in room 1324.

Senior Announcements:

Attention Seniors:  Please remember that if you are submitting a senior photo from an outside photographer, the deadline is this Friday, September 2nd.  If we do not have a photo from you by Friday, we will schedule a time for you to take your photo with the school photographer on September 15 or 16.  We want every senior to have a picture in the yearbook so we offer this to you free of charge.

Important Reminders:

We have begun issuing parking tickets to students who do not have a parking pass.  Please see the bookkeeper if you need to purchase a parking permit.

LHS cell phone and dress code policies will be enforced and can be referenced in the student planner.

Student Blog Announcements:

"Life After Littleton Night" will take place on Wednesday, September 28th, 6:00 - 8:00 pm here at school.  Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors, and their parents or guardians, will not want to miss this terrific event.  We will have many informative breakout sessions including "Financial Aid 101," "Trade and Tech Careers and Education," "The Parent's Role," "College Entrance Exams," "Building Your College List," "Earning College Credit in High School," and "Community College Certificate Programs.". Don't miss the introductory session which begins right at 6:00'll find it helpful and stress relieving!

Back by popular demand!  Mr. Stedron will once again offer his College Essay Workshops during both lunch periods on Tuesday,. Oct. 4th in The Forum.  Seniors who need to write a personal statement or essay for at least one of your college applications will not want to miss this.  Mr. Stedron provides straightforward direction for attacking this often difficult, intimidating piece of writing.  See you there!
