STUDENT BULLETIN
STUDENT RECOGNITION AND CONGRATULATIONS:
Our LPS Hockey team finished the season 2nd in their conference and 5th in the state. They had a bye in the first round of the state playoffs and will play in the 2nd round today at 12:45 vs. Aspen at Ice Ranch. If they win today, they’ll play the 3rd round tomorrow at 5pm at Ice Ranch. Good luck to our LHS ice hockey players Angus Neeley and Jackson Smith as they take the ice today with their Heritage Eagle teammates in their second round playoff game. Please come out to cheer on the team!!
ACADEMIC ANNOUNCEMENTS:
9th, 10th & 11th graders -
This is a reminder for you that counselors will be available in the Forum today, during both A & B lunches to assist you with the course registration process. If you have any questions. please be sure to attend one session during your lunch. The window for course registration will close on Friday. Be sure to turn in your card to the Counseling Office after you have completed the process.
SENIORS we want you! The LHS Graduation ceremony traditionally has student speakers. This is a great honor for our speakers, therefore, we hold auditions for those interested in being one of our speakers. If you want to represent your class and feel you have something to say at graduation that is of value to your peers, then sign up in the Main office starting TODAY-Friday Feb. 23rd. The sign up sheets will be available until March 22nd.
CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Attention all Student Council officers, ambassadors and general council members, we have a General Council meeting on Monday, Feb. 25th in the forum at 2:25--Please be there, we have some important decisions to make!
Seniors, Jostens will be here, Tuesday, February 27, 2018, in the senior hall, from 10:30 to 12:30 to deliver announcements and mug orders.
Attention current NHS members! We will be meeting in the forum briefly after school on Wednesday, Feb. 28 to take our yearbook photo. See you then!
Attention Seniors! Please take a moment to check out your senior photo in the senior hallway by the cafeteria. This is your FINAL chance to let us know if anything is wrong before they go to print. Please contact Mrs. Fisher right away if you see a problem.
BLOG ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Littleton High School Performing Arts is proud to present Disney’s The Little Mermaid. Performances are March 1st-3rd in the Littleton Main Stage Theatre. Thursday & Friday shows are at 7pm and Saturday will have two shows at 1pm & 6pm. Tickets are general admission and are $12 adults/$8 for students. They can be purchased online at lhsperformingarts.net. Get your tickets early as this show is sure to sell out!
