Juniors and Seniors - a college representative from Western Colorado University in Gunnison, will be here on Thursday, January 23rd, at 10:15 am in the Counseling Office. Sign up in Naviance to attend. Please see Post Grad if you have any questions.

Mark your calendars - “College Information Night" will take place Tuesday, January 28th, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors, and their families are strongly encouraged to attend this information-packed evening. We'll have experts presenting at a wide variety of different 30-minute breakout sessions.

Seniors - Discover ACC! Friday, January 31st, from 9:30 am - 1:30 pm. This is an interactive event to explore degrees & careers, learn about scholarships, get ACC gear, and hear from current ACC students. Go to the ACC website to RSVP or see Post Grad or your Counselor to sign up to attend.

Superintendent Brian Ewert will be at Littleton High School to talk about district finances and long-range planning on the afternoon of Wednesday, January 22, 2020. Please join our School Accountability Committee (SAC) at 3:45 pm in the LHS Forum for what is sure to be a lively and interesting presentation.

CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Attention STEM students- our last STEM field trip of the year is coming up on February 6th to the National Ice Core Lab. Check your email or see Ms. Bartlett-Mogg to sign up.

There is a GSA meeting tomorrow at 7:45 am in the Forum. We will be taking pictures for the yearbook. See you there.

Attention Student Council members. There is a general student council meeting next Tuesday, January 21st, at 7:45 am in the forum. We are signing up for Read Across America, so please plan to attend.

FCCLA/Culinary Club will be meeting today, right after school in room 1972. Everyone is welcome to join this club and come see what delicious labs we have planned for the second semester. Come sign up for the Salsa Wars competition held in April!

Don't forget to wear your Cowboy Attire tomorrow, January 17th, to ease those winter blues and do something a little different, plus show off our Colorado Western Spirit AND honor the cowboy in our western culture. Did you know that the city of Littleton had the first Rodeo club for young kids ages 7-15? It was called "Little Britches Rodeo Club" and began in 1926 and ran all the way until 1978 when the Jefferson County Rodeo Association took it over. So, let's honor those young cowboys and girls and dress up on Friday like a Cowboy or Cowgirl!

SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Boys Swim will hold their preseason meeting on Wednesday, January 29, at 6:00 pm in the Forum. This meeting is for all interested students and parents. There will also be team apparel & swimsuits available for trying on.
