Congratulations and Sports Announcements!
Congratulations Boys Soccer, the JV soccer team defeated Valor Christian 2 to 1 yesterday. Omar Serrano scored both Lion goals. Come out to the stadium tonight as the Varsity soccer team takes on Valor at 7:00 in a battle of top 10 teams.
Come pack the house and cheer on the girls volleyball teams tomorrow, Thursday as they take on the visiting Fairview Knights! Game times are 4:30, 5:30. and 6:30! See you there!
Special Event:
LHS Mane Stage’s fall production of To Kill A Mockingbird opens TONIGHT at 7pm and runs through Saturday. Tickets are on sale during lunch and are $5 for students, $7 for adults. If you'd like to purchase tickets with a credit card, please visit us at www.lhsperformingarts.net.

For students needing help in Math & Science, Lockheed Martin tutoring will be here TONIGHT from 6:00-7:30pm in room 1740. Please use the forum entrance.
Metropolitan State College of Denver will be here TODAY at 9:30am and St. Mary's College of California at 11:30 am. Both college visit meetings will be in Post Grad Center.
Senior Announcements:
Josten's will be here TODAY from 10:30 to12:30 in the senior hall to take orders for the last time here at school. They will be able to place orders by phone or online thereafter.
Bettinger Photography will be here TODAY and tomorrow to take Senior Pictures if you missed the yearbook deadline. Please check with photographer in the main lobby to confirm or schedule your appointment.
Club Announcements:
GSA will meet TODAY after school in room #1218 in the art hallway. Everyone is invited- come have some snacks and help us plan our year of activities.
Key Club meets TODAY in room 2620 at 2.15. We will be doing a service project. Please bring membership dues and permission slips if you have not already done so. Thanks!
Speech and Debate tryouts are this Friday after school in the forum. See Mr. Saliman if you have any questions.

Attention Seniors! Applications for the highly competitive and prestigious Boettcher Scholarship are now available to any senior who wishes to apply. Scholarships recipients receive a four-year full ride scholarship to any college or university in Colorado. Amazing! Attention Sophomores and Juniors: The PSAT test date is Wednesday, October 14th at 7:30am in the South Gym. Sign-ups will conclude Friday, October 9th. Sign up in the counseling office and bring $20 (non-refundable). Space is limited so do not wait until the last minute!
