Congratulations to our Girls varsity basketball team who defeated our rival Heritage for the 4th straight season last night!  Senior Gabbie Matl led the way with 15 points and 6 rebounds and sophomore Katie Puchino added 10 points as well.  Great way to start off the season!  Come out to support the team Thursday night at Mullen and Saturday afternoon vs. Thomas Jefferson at LHS!

Special Events:

The rescheduled 4 v 4 soccer tournament is TODAY at 2:45pm in the stadium. See you there!

The Giving Snowman is HERE!  Starting on Friday Dec. 4, head down towards the cafeteria and pick your snowflake off the Giving Snowman so you can buy a gift for an orphan at the Musana School in Uganda-which was started by two LHS Alums!  On the back of each snowflake is the name of a child, their age and a suggested gift.  Buy your gift and bring it to Ms. Prestel's office up in Social Studies by Dec. 18th and the kids at Musana will have an awesome Christmas!  Thanks!

Calling ALL performers with or without musical experience! We would love to see you this Saturday, December 5th from 9am to noon on the Mane Stage. Whether you wish to audition for The Producers, learn more about audition techniques or just see what musical theatre is all about: Join Kmart and Mr. Pung on Saturday. It's free and fun.

Students, are you interested in serving as an At-Large rep on the District Accountability Committee? This is a great way to learn what is happening around the district and to share your student voice with district decision-makers.  The committee meets one Wednesday evening each month and dates are on the district website.  If you are interested, we would also ask you to report back to our school accountability committee each month.  To apply, please see Dr. Oaks's secretary at the front desk in the Main Office. Thank you!
