Academics:

Calling all seniors who want to audition to speak at graduation! Auditions will be held on April 19th-20th in Mr. Wentz’s room (Room 1606). To sign up, go to the main office!

Attention Students:  Admissions reps from the following colleges will be here to meet with students on the following days:

Clubs and Activities:

Attention Freshmen Student Council members!  We are having a brief meeting today after school in the speech room to go over last minute details and assign jobs for our community service project.  Everyone planning on participating in the community service project needs to attend.  This is required for lettering, and our meeting won't be very long.

Your X chromosomes girls' ultimate team was unable to pull off the win at Monarch yesterday. We continue to get stronger...great work everyone!! The action continues as the guys take on D'Evelyn at Goddard on Thursday

Let's go Lions!  Members of our speech and debate team are competing at the state tournament this Friday and Saturday, held at Mountain Vista.  Please wish them good luck as they have put in a long season full of hard work and hope to return with even more success.  Those students are Sam Burke, Kelly Steinberg, Ben Greenly, Julia Valdez, Ben Morris, Will Dinneen, Matt Sehgal, and Brisa Banuelos

Special Events:

The Spring Choir Concert is on Thursday at 7 p.m.  It is free.  Come and enjoy the music of all seven LHS Choirs!

Blog Announcements:

Attention students (especially Juniors)!  The Rocky Mountain Association for College Admission Counseling (RMACAC) will be having a spring college fair on Sunday, March 19th, 1:00-3:30, at the University of Denver Ritchie Center.  Over 160 in-state and out-of-state colleges and universities will be there.  It is free, and you are not required to register, but if you'd like to, you can register at gotocollegefairs.com.

Attention students needing help in Math or Science - Lockheed Martin Engineers come every Wednesday and Thursday evening from 6:00-7:30pm to tutor our students.  This is a free and amazing tutoring service that Lockheed Martin provides.  Tutoring is in room 1740, please use the Forum entrance.
