STUDENT BULLETIN
Attention Seniors- we will have professional photographers on campus to take your senior photo for the yearbook this Thursday and Friday- all day. Any senior is welcome to get their photo taken. Those seniors who have not already submitted a photo should have received an appointment slip. If you did not receive one, please email Mrs. Fisher asap. We want every senior to have a professional photo in the yearbook, so please do not miss this amazing opportunity!

The Stride is on Sunday, October 27th. Can we win the $1,000 prize for the high school with the greatest participation again this year? Register online at RunTheStride.com or pick up a registration packet from the PE staff. Please be sure to put Littleton High School in the "I support" section! This is a fantastic school community event!! Bring your friends and family and come and Stride with us!

Students in IB classes - please get your IB exam form completed and returned to the IB office. The deadline is October 10th. Please see Ms. Anderson, the IB diploma program coordinator, with any questions.

Attention Juniors and Sophomores: The PSAT test date is Wednesday, October 16th at 8:00 am. in the South Gym. Registration is Monday, September 23rd and conclude Friday, October 11th. Sign up in the counseling office and bring $20 (non-refundable). Space is limited, so do not wait until the last minute!

CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Are you looking for a Club to join at LHS? Well, we have a club for you! It's called C4L, and we are going to be the most active club you've ever seen! C4L stands for Caring, Community, Culture, and Conservation 4 (for) Littleton Lions! We are going to show you that we CARE about everyone of you here at LHS. We are going to educate you on the history and traditions of the CULTURE of LHS. We are going to bring the COMMUNITY together with some spirit events. And we are going to help LHS with some environmental CONSERVATION initiatives!! Talk to Abby Moreno, Sofia Gonzalez or DJ Bowman if you want to join, our first meeting is THURSDAY, Oct. 10th at 8:00 am in room 2610--see you there!

MOCK TRIAL - A brand new team coached by legal experts and advised by Mrs. Sutterer will launch tomorrow, October 8th. Come to an informational meeting at 3:30 - 4:00 pm in room 2608. Mock trial teams are composed of 6–12 students who play the role of attorneys and witnesses in a fictitious case before an actual Colorado judge. The LHS Mock Trial team will meet after school once a week from October to February to prepare for regional competition in February and possible state tournament in March.

SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENTS:
It’s Pink Night! Come cheer on your Lion’s volleyball team as we support breast cancer awareness while raising money for a local charity with our bake sale. Junior varsity starts at 5:30 pm and varsity at 7:00 pm.

Once again, the online application for the highly competitive and prestigious Boettcher Scholarship is now open, with an 11:59 pm November 1st deadline. If you're interested in finding out more, go to BoettcherFoundationOnline.org. Please read the information at that link very carefully. There is an abundance of information about the steps required as well as tips on how to make your application stronger. The application process is somewhat lengthy, and the requirements are quite specific. Don't delay in beginning the process. Please stop by Post Grad and speak to Ms. Reimers if you have questions. Also, please email Ms. Reimers if you plan to apply for the Boettcher.
