New Online Transcript Request Form - If you find that you need to send your transcript (with or without your test scores) to additional colleges this spring, please click on this link to complete the Transcript Request Form. If you can't remember whether or not you'd requested transcripts to be sent earlier, look on your Naviance account, under "Colleges I'm Applying To" under the column titled "Transcripts".
