SOURCES OF STRENGTH needs you!! IF you want to make LHS an even better school than it already is, we want you to join Sources of Strength! We are looking for students who like to meet new people, who like to challenge themselves, and who like to show kindness and respect on a daily basis. If this is you, head to the counseling office and sign up for Sources of Strength. Sign-up will be open until Friday, Aug 27th. We will also have sign-ups on Sept 2nd.
LHS Ultimate Frisbee Club will have our first practice on Monday, August 30th on the Goddard Middle School turf field from 4-6 pm. Kids of all genders/grade levels are welcome! Come ready to run and have some fun!!
Pursue your inner artist and join the Art Club or National Art Honor Society! Both clubs will meet tomorrow, Aug 25th, after school in room 1218. Look for the flyers for more info and the Google Classroom code!
Key Club will meet in room 2620 at 7:45 a.m. on Thursday morning (August 26th). Make new friends and get involved in service projects to help your community and people around the world. All are welcome 8th grade through 12th grade!
Film Club, Film Club, Film Club. Are you interested in making movies? If you would like to be involved with Acting, Writing, Camera Operator, Audio Engineer, Film Editing, etc..... then this is a great opportunity. Come to Room 2620 on Tuesdays from 4-5 PM.
Attention all Freshmen: We need your leadership in Student Council this year! Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of every month before school in the Forum. Freshmen Officer elections will occur during Seminar on Wednesday, Sept 1st. Pick up an election packet from Student Services or Ms. A-B in counseling. All freshman are encouraged to join the Freshman class and General Stuco Google classrooms! Get your codes on activity boards!

Students-This week is student pictures in the South Gym. Students will go down with their Social Studies classes on Thursday and Friday. If you do not have a Social Studies class, please go during an off hour or during lunch.
